

Strength training, hiking, eating egg whites, and doing our cardio religiously (well, pretty religiously).


Our thoughts these last few weeks have been "Bring on the mountain already!"
We must admit... now that we are only 4 days away, we both have a little anxiety.
We know we are strong enough, but the unknown is causing butterflies.
Michael, our trainer, is confident in our strength and ability - and we trust him.
We had our gear check with Garrett a few days ago...
And now we are all packed.
